STORE HOURS
• We are open 7 days a week
• Monday-Thursday: 10am–7pm
• Friday: 10am-9pm
• Saturday: 10am–5pm
• Sunday: Noon–5pm

RETURN POLICY
• We do not give cash refunds. All returns are issued in store credit or exchanges only.
• Returns must be made within 30 days of purchase and accompanied by a receipt.
• No returns on paper, stickers off the roll, pens, markers, software, kits, special orders, sale or clearance merchandise.
• All returned merchandise must be in original, unopened packaging (unless defective or damaged).
Do You Have A CROP AREA?
• We love to have you drop in and use our crop room! That’s why it’s always free to crop whenever our room is not booked for a class or other event.
• Bring along a friend or two. There’s plenty of room.
• While cropping, you can open a tab and receive 10% off most of your purchases.
Do You Have CLASSES?
• We have classes for all ages and skill levels.
• We love beginners. That’s why we teach Scrapbooking 101 every month and have other classes suitable for beginners.
• Our Class Calendar has all of our upcoming classes and events listed with photos.
CLASS & EVENT POLICY
• You may cancel your reservation up to 48 hours prior to the class or event and receive a full refund via store credit.
• If you are a no-show or if you cancel your reservation with less than 48 hours notice, your fee will not be refunded.
• Materials for a missed class will only be held for 7 days after the class date. We only have a limited amount of space to store these types of things and can’t hold on to them for long periods of time.
• If it is necessary for us to cancel a class or event, you will receive a full refund.
• Only paid registrants may attend.
• We ask that you be respectful of your fellow classmates “away time” and not bring children with you to class.
• Please arrive a few minutes early and have a great time!

How Do I REGISTER FOR A CLASS?
• Stop by the store and use any form of payment
• Give us a call and use your credit or debit card
• Reservations must be made at least 48 hours in advance of the class date.
• You must pay at the time of registration in order to hold your space.
What Should I BRING TO CLASS?
• Bring your usual fun self and your class kit.
• A basic class kit should consist of scissors, 12″ trimmer, dry adhesive, pop dots, glue dots and a black pen. Some classes may require additional tools or supplies such as chalk, a bone folder, ink or other items, but you will be notified of this when registering and it will also be printed on your class receipt.
• All other class materials will be supplied.
• If you need any tools or supplies, you can purchase them prior to class at a 10% discount.
Do You Have CROP NIGHTS?
• Yes, we do!
• We host a 13 Hour Crop one Saturday every month. For only $13 you can crop from 10am to 11pm!
• Two Friday nights every month we have Pizza Party Crops from 6pm until Midnight. It’s just $10 to reserve a space for the evening and you get all of the pizza, salad and drinks you want!
• We’re also offer free cropping until 9pm on those Friday nights we don’t have a Pizza Party Crop.
Can I RESERVE YOUR CROP ROOM?
• Even though our crop room is free to use on a first-come, first-served basis, you can guarantee spaces for the entire day for an advance fee of $10 per person.
• You can also reserve the room for parties. Please contact us for more information and pricing.
Will You SPECIAL ORDER A Product For Me?
• We will do special orders whenever it makes sense.
• If you are looking for something in particular, please let us know and we will check into it for you.
• Please understand that sometimes we are unable to do special orders due to minimum order requirements or lack of a vendor relationship.
• Most special orders require a deposit and usually take about 2 weeks to fulfill.
• All special order merchandise must be picked up within 30 days after we first notify you of their arrival. If not picked up by that time the item(s) will be placed into inventory and you will forfeit your deposit.
